Rooted Amid Uncertainty
everyone experiences uncertainty …
at some point in life. It’s that gnawing feeling that accompanies circumstances beyond our control, the unpredictability, or the fear that things are only getting worse. Despite these overwhelming emotions and thoughts, we can remain rooted through the unknown, finding strength and growing through difficulty. Mind-Body practices like yoga, breath, and mindful meditation offer invitations to embrace our situation with a posture of centeredness, being grounded in the present moment and discovering peace amidst anxiety.
Join us for a yoga retreat that explores the intentional practice of being and becoming rooted when life is uncertain.
